Responsibilities:
- Coordinate repairs for multiple single family and small multi-family properties.
- Communicate with owners, tenants, contractors, municipalities, and HOAs.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups.
- Perform walkthroughs and report / validate the condition of properties.
- Review contractor invoices and ensure that repairs are complete.
- Troubleshoot challenging / intermittent repair issues and work to minimize owner expenses while ensuring necessary repairs are complete.
- Other miscellaneous tasks that will come up in a small company
Required Work Experience, Skills, or Education:
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work, while keep track of all open activities
- Strong analytical and computer skills required
- Excellent communication skills are a must
- Requires a high level of integrity and professionalism and an ability to successfully navigate difficult situations
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to understand general repairs and maintenance performed at a residence
- Must reside in Denton County, TX
- College degree is a plus, but not required
Job Types: Full-time, Contract to Hire
Salary: $30,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year
